REFUND POLICY

If, for any reason whatsoever, you are not satisfied with your order, you may exercise your right to return purchased products within 14 working days from the date on which you received them from thealors.com. Returned items must be shipped back to the SELLER within 14 working days from the date the package was delivered to you. The products may be returned by dispatching the package through the shipping agent indicated by the SELLER (Yurtici Kargo, DHL), or through another shipping agent. It is not possible to return an item in exchange for another.
The right to return products shall be deemed correctly exercised once the following conditions have been fully met:
- The request for a return authorization must be sent to the SELLER on info@thealors.com within 14 working days from the delivery date.
- The products have not been used, worn, washed, modified or damaged;
- The identification tag is still attached to the products;
- The products are returned in their original packaging;
- The returned items must be sent to the SELLER in a single shipment. In fact, the SELLER reserves the right not to accept items of the same order, returned and shipped at different times.
If the returned products are not accepted, you will be informed via e-mail. In this case, the product will be sent back to you again. If you do not accept this and refuse delivery, the SELLER reserves the right to withhold the products and the amount you paid for the purchase of the products. The shipping and, if any, other costs (customs clearance, etc.) required for returning the non-refundable products to the customer belong to the customer.
REFUND TIMES AND PROCEDURES
After the SELLER has received the returned products and checked that the products meet all requirements, you will receive an e-mail that the returned products have been accepted. Whatever the form of payment you used, the refund procedure will start within 14 days from when the SELLER was informed of your decision to exercise your right to return the purchased products and once the SELLER has checked that the return was carried out in compliance with the above conditions. The time period for refunding the amount you paid for purchasing the returned products depends on the payment type used.
As you are outside Turkey, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through THEALORS.COM.

Herhangi bir nedenle siparişinizden memnun kalmazsanız, satın aldığınız ürünleri thealors.com'dan teslim aldığınız tarihten itibaren 14 iş günü içerisinde iade hakkınızı kullanabilirsiniz. İade edilen ürünler, paketin size teslim edildiği tarihten itibaren 14 iş günü içerisinde SATICI'ya geri gönderilmelidir. Ürünler, SATICI'nın belirttiği kargo acentesi (Yurtici Kargo, DHL) veya başka bir kargo acentesi aracılığıyla paketi sevk edilerek iade edilebilir. Bir ürünü başka bir ürünle iade etmek mümkün değildir.
Aşağıdaki koşullar tam olarak yerine getirildiğinde, ürünleri iade etme hakkı doğru bir şekilde kullanılmış sayılacaktır:
- İade onayı talebi, teslim tarihinden itibaren 14 iş günü içinde info@thealors.com adresinden SATICI'ya gönderilmelidir.
- Ürünler kullanılmamış, yıpranmamış, yıkanmamış, üzerinde değişiklik yapılmamış veya hasar görmemiş;
- Tanımlama etiketi hala ürünlere iliştirilmiştir;
- Ürünler orijinal ambalajında iade edilir;
- İade edilen ürünler SATICI'ya tek kargo ile gönderilmelidir. Aslında SATICI aynı siparişin, farklı zamanlarda iade edilen ve sevk edilen ürünleri kabul etmeme hakkını saklı tutar.
İade edilen ürünlerin kabul edilmemesi durumunda e-posta ile bilgilendirileceksiniz. Bu durumda ürün size tekrar gönderilecektir. Bunu kabul etmemeniz ve teslimatı reddetmeniz durumunda SATICI, ürünleri ve ürünleri satın almak için ödediğiniz tutarı alıkoyma hakkını saklı tutar. İadesi mümkün olmayan ürünlerin müşteriye iadesi için gerekli nakliye ve varsa diğer masraflar (gümrükleme vb.) müşteriye aittir.
İADE SÜRELERİ VE PROSEDÜRLERİ
SATICI, iade edilen ürünleri teslim aldıktan ve ürünlerin tüm gereksinimleri karşıladığını kontrol ettikten sonra, iade edilen ürünlerin kabul edildiğine dair bir e-posta alacaksınız. Hangi ödeme şeklini kullanırsanız kullanın, iade süreci, satın alınan ürünleri iade etme hakkınızı kullanma kararınızın SATICI'ya bildirilmesinden ve SATICI'nın iadenin Sözleşme'ye uygun olarak gerçekleştirildiğini kontrol etmesinden itibaren 14 gün içinde başlayacaktır. yukarıdaki koşullar. İade edilen ürünleri satın almak için ödediğiniz tutarı iade etme süresi, kullanılan ödeme türüne bağlıdır.
Türkiye dışında olduğunuz için THEALORS.COM üzerinden gümrük vergileri ve satış vergileri iade edilmez.
